1. Introduction
United Football Academy Australia™ (“UFAA™”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information reasonably necessary to deliver our football programs, including:
• Participant name and date of birth
• Parent/guardian contact details
• Medical disclosures
• Emergency contacts
• Attendance and performance records
• Payment details
• Photographs and video recordings
• Website analytics and IP data
We do not collect information unrelated to program delivery.
As our services primarily involve minors:
• Personal information is collected only with parent or legal guardian consent.
• Parents warrant they have authority to provide such consent.
• Parents must ensure medical disclosures are accurate and complete.
By registering, parents grant UFAA™ a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:
• Photograph
• Record
• Reproduce
• Publish
• Communicate
images or video captured during participation for:
• Marketing
• Social media
• Website
• Promotional materials
• Internal coaching development
No compensation is payable. Written opt-out must be submitted prior to participation.
We may use third-party providers for:
• Website hosting
• Payment processing
• Cloud storage
• CRM systems
We take reasonable steps to ensure compliance with Australian privacy standards. We do not sell personal information.
Personal information may be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years or longer if legally required.
7. Access & Correction
Requests must be submitted in writing.

1. Acceptance
Registration in any UFAA™ program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not participate.
UFAA™ reserves the absolute right to:
• Change venue, time, schedule or coaching staff
• Modify training methodology
• Adjust participant groupings
• Refuse enrolment
• Remove a participant
without compensation or refund.
Full financial liability attaches immediately upon registration.
Fees must be paid in advance unless a written payment plan is approved.
Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension without refund.
4.1 After Program Commencement
Once a program has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstance except where required by law.
This includes:
• Injury
• Illness
• Change of mind
• Schedule conflict
• Relocation
• Dissatisfaction
Credits are not guaranteed.
4.2 Before Program Commencement
Refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before commencement.
If approved at UFAA™ discretion:
• 10% Administration fees apply
• Transaction fees are non-refundable
• Kit costs are non-refundable
• Government vouchers are non-refundable
Approval is not guaranteed.
Missed sessions for any reason:
• Are non-refundable
• Do not guarantee make-up sessions
• Do not entitle credit
Make-up sessions are offered only at UFAA™ discretion.
No refunds apply for:
• Weather disruption
• Field closures
• Council decisions
• Force majeure events
Sessions may be rescheduled at UFAA™ discretion.
UFAA™ may remove any participant for:
• Unsafe behaviour
• Disruption
• Bullying
• Non-compliance
No refund applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

1. Participation & Physical Activity
Football is an active team sport involving running, changes of direction, physical contact and competitive play.
While UFAA™ prioritises structured training, qualified coaching and safe environments, participation may involve a risk of minor injuries such as muscle strains, sprains or contact-related incidents.
By registering, parents acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that reasonable care will be taken by UFAA™, but no physical activity is entirely risk-free.
UFAA™ provides recreational sporting services within the meaning of applicable Australian legislation.
To the extent permitted by law, UFAA™ limits liability for personal injury arising from participation in recreational activities, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
By enrolling in a UFAA™ program, parents acknowledge that participation involves physical activity and agree that UFAA™, its staff and affiliated providers will not be held responsible for injury or loss arising from ordinary participation, except where required by law.
Parents agree to indemnify UFAA™ against claims arising from a participant’s breach of these Terms or unsafe conduct.
UFAA™ does not provide personal accident insurance coverage for participants.
Parents are responsible for ensuring their child has appropriate medical and ambulance cover where required.
In the event of injury, UFAA™ may administer first aid or contact emergency services if reasonably necessary.
UFAA™ delivers structured development programs designed to support skill improvement and enjoyment of the game.
However, individual development outcomes vary and progression to representative, elite or professional pathways cannot be guaranteed.
Parents remain responsible for:
• Transport to and from training venues
• Supervising participants outside scheduled session times
• Ensuring participants are medically fit to participate
UFAA™’s duty of care applies during scheduled program times only.

1. Registered & Protected Names
UFAA™ and United Football Academy Australia™ together with associated logos and program branding are brand names used by ASUG PTY LTD in Australia.
All associated logos and branding elements are proprietary to UFAA™ and its related entities.
All intellectual property including:
• Training curriculum
• Coaching methodology
• Session structures
• Development pathways
• Assessment frameworks
• Training manuals
• Video content (current and future)
• Branding materials
are proprietary intellectual property of UFAA™.
No person may:
• Copy
• Replicate
• Teach
• Commercially exploit
• Reverse engineer
any UFAA™ system without written permission.
UFAA™ reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against unauthorised use or commercial exploitation of its intellectual property.
5. Brand RelationshipUFAA Football Academy and AFAG operate as related football development brands under ASUG Pty Ltd.
